Other Systems Setup Instructions

If we do not have step-by-step instructions for your particular system, follow the instructions in your system's user manual. During the setup, you may need some of the information below.

You will need your local access number to connect to the Internet. If you don’t already know the number, click the Access Numbers tab to search for a number or to download a text file of local access numbers.

USERNAME

• When you manually configure your connection, you must include the bdu/ prefix with your username. In the Username field, enter your username in the following format: bdu/username

DNS

• DNS assigned automatically

TCP/IP

• Default gateway assigned automatically

• TCP/IP address assigned automatically

• Subnet masks assigned automatically

SMTP (outgoing mail server)

• smtp.bdumail.com
